The client must comply with the legal terms and conditions when using our website, which are in accordance with local regulations. If the client does not agree to any of these terms, they are not entitled to use this website.
After completing the purchase order, we will provide the client with an electronic contract outlining all the terms and conditions.
Electronic Contract and its Contents:
Party 1: Client
Party 2: Qatrah Haya Company
The second party is responsible for providing well drilling services to the first party and public facilities.
The first party wishes to contract with the second party of its own free will and in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Under the contract between the two parties, the second party's role is to ensure the achievement of the first party's objectives.
As an Omani company with sufficient experience in well drilling and other construction work, Qatrah Haya Company is responsible for this.
The second party will provide the first party with a detailed project report, including photos, videos, and site coordinates. This report will be sent to the number specified in the contract. The second party undertakes to complete the project within the time frame specified in the contract, unless unforeseen natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, etc. occur, in which case an additional 30 days will be added to the contract.
