The Mosques of Africa project allows you to select the appropriate mosque size based on the community’s needs and number of worshippers. Each mosque creates an ongoing charity whose impact continues with every prayer and act of worship performed inside it.

What Mosque Sizes Are Available?

The project offers four size options:

• 40-square-metre mosque
• 70-square-metre mosque
• 80-square-metre mosque
• 100-square-metre mosque

What Are the Construction Specifications?

The mosques are built according to specifications designed to ensure strength and long-term durability, including:

• Strong concrete foundations and columns
• A reinforced roof designed to withstand local weather conditions
• Concrete flooring with suitable prayer coverings
• Prayer carpeting for worshippers
• A separate women’s prayer area divided from the rear rows

What Facilities and Equipment Are Included?

Qatrah Haya equips each mosque with the essential facilities required by worshippers, including:

• One restroom for the 40-square-metre mosque
• Two restrooms for mosques measuring 70 square metres or more
• A complete sound system with audio equipment, speakers and microphones
• Complete electrical and lighting installations
• The option to use solar power when required
• Fans and prayer carpeting
• A minaret measuring between 5 and 8 metres

Can a Water Well Be Added?

A shallow or artesian well can be added to provide water for the mosque and surrounding community. The cost is calculated separately according to the well type and implementation requirements.

What Warranty Does the Project Include?

The project includes a six-year structural and engineering warranty, reflecting the quality of construction and compliance with the approved specifications.
