What Are the Construction Specifications?

The classroom is built to ensure quality, safety and long-term durability. Its specifications include:

• High-quality ceramic flooring
• A premium tiled metal roof
• Four to six windows for proper ventilation
• Strong concrete foundations and columns
• High-quality aluminium doors and windows

What Warranty Does the Project Include?

The project includes a six-year structural and engineering warranty. The warranty does not cover consumable or maintenance-related issues, such as electrical faults.

Electricity is connected by the relevant government authorities.

How Is the Classroom Project Implemented?

The project follows four organised stages:

1. Preparing a comprehensive project study
2. Agreeing on the contract terms and signing the agreement
3. Obtaining the official documents within two months
4. Beginning construction and furnishing according to the approved specifications
