Qatra Hayah presents the Islamic Center in Africa (Niger - Benin) project as a comprehensive charitable initiative designed to support underserved communities by creating a suitable environment for worship and education in one integrated place.

The project combines mosque construction for daily and Friday prayers, educational classrooms for teaching future generations, and dedicated accommodation for the imam and muezzin, making the center a sustainable source of spiritual and educational support for the community.

Product Details

The project offers two different options based on area size and community needs:

Option One (160 sqm)

• Mosque area: 80 sqm (Friday prayers are held)
• Imam and muezzin accommodation: 40 sqm
• Classroom area: 40 sqm

Option Two (200 sqm)

• Mosque area: 100 sqm (Friday prayers are held)
• Imam and muezzin accommodation: 40 sqm
• Classroom area: 60 sqm

The center is carefully designed to maximize space efficiency while providing a comfortable environment for worship, education, and accommodation.

Construction Specifications

The Islamic Center in Africa (Niger - Benin) is implemented according to high engineering standards to ensure durability and sustainability, including:

• Fully reinforced construction
• Fully reinforced roofing
• Fully reinforced flooring
• Building height of 3 meters
• Ablution area with 6 to 8 seating spaces
• Minaret ranging from 5 to 8 meters in height
• 4 to 6 windows for ventilation
• Solar-powered electricity system through panels installed above the mosque
• Regulator connected to the sound system, battery, and lighting

Islamic Center Facilities

Qatra Hayah ensures the center is fully equipped and ready for complete use, including:

• Integrated sound system
• 2 to 3 external loudspeakers
• 3 to 4 internal speakers
• 2 microphones with control unit
• Artesian water well reaching up to 50 meters deep
• 4 to 6 fans
• Educational curriculum
• Whiteboard
• Full furnishing
• Fully equipped accommodation for the imam

Note: The cost of the water well is calculated separately depending on the project requirements
