Contribute to building an Islamic center in Africa through Qatrah Haya, in Niger or Benin, providing a mosque, two classrooms, and accommodation for the imam and muezzin within one project.

The center combines prayer, education, and residential facilities, along with ablution areas, a solar power system, and equipment for worshippers, students, and mosque staff.

Islamic Center Size Options

160-Square-Meter Center

• Mosque: 80 square meters, for daily prayers and Friday prayers.
• Accommodation for the imam and muezzin: 40 square meters.
• Two classrooms: A combined area of 40 square meters.

200-Square-Meter Center

• Mosque: 100 square meters, for daily prayers and Friday prayers.
• Accommodation for the imam and muezzin: 40 square meters.
• Two classrooms: A combined area of 60 square meters.

Construction Specifications and Power System

The center is built according to the project specifications, including:

• A fully reinforced concrete building.
• Reinforced concrete roofs and floors.
• A building height of 3 meters.
• Ablution facilities with 6–8 stations.
• A minaret measuring 5–8 meters in height.
• 4–6 windows for ventilation and natural light.
• A solar-powered electricity system.
• A controller connected to the sound system, battery, and lighting.

What Does the Center Equipment Include?

• A complete sound system.
• 2–3 external loudspeakers.
• 3–4 internal speakers.
• Two microphones with a control unit.
• 4–6 fans.
• An educational curriculum and teaching board.
• Chairs and desks for students.
• Fully equipped accommodation for the imam.

Adding an Artesian Well to Serve the Center

An artesian well up to 50 meters deep can be added to serve the center and its beneficiaries.

The well is priced separately, depending on site conditions and implementation requirements. You can ask about this addition before signing the contract.

Building an Islamic Center in Africa for Worship and Learning

Contributing to this project helps provide a place for daily and Friday prayers, two classrooms for students, and accommodation for the imam and muezzin, meeting several community needs in one location.

The center offers an opportunity to contribute to an ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah) intended to benefit worshippers, students, and the local community over time.
